Job Description

We are working in partnership with an established Wealth Management firm in the Oakham area.

We seek to recruit a Paraplanner to join their team.  Ideal candidates will possess a good knowledge of paraplanning and be Level 4 qualified.

The employer is a leading name in the industry and delivers excellent service and high level advice to a wide range of clients, families, businesses and organisations. They specialise in true holistic independent financial services for their clients.

Key Duties/Attributes:

  • As Paraplanner you should have a keen eye for detail and an aptitude for problem solving
  • Prior experience in different aspects of the financial industry, including investment planning and investment management
  • Candidates should have an excellent understanding of financial products and an ability to work well in a team environment
  • As Paraplanner your role will be mainly involved in the investments and pensions
  • Responsible for providing technical paraplanning support and/or advice
  • Including financial research, report writing and formulation of advice
  • The position will involve direct contact with the Adviser’s portfolio of clients as well as new clients, whilst working in tandem with other team members
  • As Paraplanner you will work closely with the client portfolio whilst adding value to the advice proposition

The salary is £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience ) plus company benefits.
