Human Resources Advisor

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Advisor position for a Doncaster based business.

The role is a full time 12 month contract.  Working in a team environment, suitable candidates will possess HR knowledge.   

Key duties / attributes:

  • Work alongside hiring managers to recruit and manage the onboarding process and induction

  • Processing, preparing and issuing paperwork

  • Carrying out employee screening in accordance with BS7858

  • Maintaining employee files

  • Point of contact for HR related enquiries, advice and issues

  • Advising Line Manager on HR law and advice

  • Involvement in HR cases

  • Monitoring and booking training

  • Involvement in compliance duties

  • Capability to work in a team or independently

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • Minimum of level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience

The salary is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus company benefits.  There is free of charge on-site car parking available.
