Job Description

We are recruiting for an Account Manager for a successful and established services business.  This is a permanent full time role - you can work remotely - the head office is based in the Doncaster area.

As Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to clients in the construction sector.  As there will be regular site/customer visits, candidates should be prepared to go out on to the site and liaise accordingly with the customer and their requirements and/or issues.  

This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual. The candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the construction sector's unique requirements needs.

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing service delivery, ensuring client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Key Duties:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the UK

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing enquiries, concerns, and service-related issues promptly and effectively

  • Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and secure new business through proactive outreach and networking

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client requirements

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations and complies with industry standards

  • Monitor service quality and implement improvements as necessary

  • Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to ensure satisfaction and address concerns

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and service agreements

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and other KPIs as set by the management team

Ideal candidates will possess excellent account management, communication and organisational skills.

The salary is £40,000 - £45,000 plus commission, a company car plus benefits.
